A brachioplasty, or arm lift, is a surgical operation that:

Excess drooping skin that droops downward is reduced.

Tightens and smoothes the underlying supporting tissue that gives the upper arm its form.

Reduces fat pockets in the upper arm area that are localized.

Weight fluctuations, aging, and genetics can all contribute to the appearance of drooping, sagging upper arms. This is a condition that will not improve with exercise.
